Ceiling Grid Start Point Not At Grid Intersection

DraftLogic Electrical's Ceiling Grid maker and Mass Ceiling Grid maker work great for spaces where I want the grid to start with an intersection of T-Bar lines at either room center or a point I select. Is there a way that I can have the point I select be a different starting point? For example, what if I want the center of one of my T-Bar cells to start at the starting point instead of the center intersection of four cells?
